Permanent Jewelry is a chain of your choice, sized specifically for you that is micro-welded onto your wrist, ankle, neck, etc. The piece does not have a clasp to take on and off, so it stays on you until you decide to remove it.

No the welder does not react with anything other than metal. Safety glasses are worn by the provider & client during the weld, because the machine omits a bright light that can damage the naked eye.

We offer 1 free revision or reattachment for each piece we sell - this covers breakage, MRI/surgery removal, and resizing. To redeem your revision click to see our open studio hours where you can just walk-in with your chain ready to be re-welded OR book a $10 private appointment here.

If you need to remove your bracelet, clip it off with a pair of nail clippers or wire cutters and try to cut it on the jump ring if possible - if you can’t find it, just clip a small link so the chain stays close to the same size.

YES! Normally we charge about $30 for repairs but if you purchase another piece of permanent jewelry from us during your appointment, the fee is only $15. Click here to book an appointment!

Street parking is free with no time limit! There are “no parking” signs placed near driveways so people don’t accidentally block private entryways but everything else is open!

Our chains are high quality, tarnish resistant, and should last years. Discoloration is normally caused by buildup (sunscreen, lotion, makeup, dead skin, etc.) use soap liberally to break down the buildup in your jewelry links. If your jewelry turns quickly or isn’t responding to the soap, feel free to come in during open studio hours or make a $10 private revision.

Gold filled: A layer of gold that is pressure bonded to another base metal (usually brass or sterling silver). Gold-filled chain has approximately 100x more gold in it than gold-plated chains - we estimate our gold chains will last years.

Sterling Silver: .925 Sterling silver is an alloy composed by weight of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals. Fine Silver, which is 99.9% solid silver, is much softer so sterling is typically used in jewelry and while it’s possible it will oxidize or break, it should be easy to shine up.

We offer natural gemstone add ons ($20) and half-silver half-gold options where you can pick two gold & silver chains you would like to combine & we just charge the price of the more expensive chain.

Yes! Feel free to bring a charm you feel comfortable having attached to your new piece from us. We recommend the size of the charm be less than .25” on bracelets to avoid snagging but you’re always welcome to send us photos before your appointment to confirm. If you are purchasing a pendant or charm from Etsy, we also suggest checking to make sure materials will last (gold-filled or sterling silver are our recommendations).
